BAC launches Loop Platform to optimize cooling tower performance with AI

Baltimore Aircoil Company Inc. (BAC) has introduced the Loop Platform, an AI-driven device designed to improve the performance and efficiency of existing cooling tower systems. The platform provides continuous monitoring and real-time adjustments based on environmental conditions.

Loop uses AI algorithms to optimize system operations, support predictive maintenance, and help reduce energy consumption. According to BAC, the platform is compact and integrates directly with HVAC cooling tower setups to support extended equipment lifespan and lower maintenance costs.

The Loop Platform is aimed at building owners, facility managers, and maintenance professionals. BAC states that the system enables users to identify potential issues early, allowing for streamlined maintenance planning and reduced downtime.

“BAC is excited to introduce the Loop Platform, a product that embodies our commitment to innovation and sustainability,” said Adam Bee, Vice President of Business Development at Baltimore Aircoil Company. “We understand the challenges faced by building owners and facility managers in maintaining efficient cooling systems. Loop offers a smart, user-friendly solution that simplifies these tasks while delivering measurable savings.”
