ENEX Technologies launches industrial V-shaped dry cooler with up to 2.5 MW capacity

ENEX Technologies has introduced a new Industrial V-Shaped Dry Cooler, offering cooling capacities from 200 to 2,500 kW. Designed for industrial refrigeration, IT cooling, and energy and process applications, the unit combines high performance, compact footprint, and configurability.

The dry cooler features EC fans as standard, enabling up to 30% energy savings. According to the company, an ultra-efficient configuration can achieve a COP up to four times higher than previous ranges. The system supports adiabatic operation and is designed with optimized geometry and airflow.

The new range includes over 400 models, with options for four fan sizes, two tube diameters, and various fin materials and surface treatments. Stainless steel tubes and adiabatic readiness enhance compatibility with aggressive fluids and environments. The unit's structure is FEM-verified, with a floating finned pack for added protection during transport and thermal expansion.

The V-shaped design allows cooling capacities up to 2.5 MW within 30 m², offering approximately 50% higher capacity compared to standard V-shaped units and 100% more than flat configurations. The unit is tested up to 90 bar burst pressure and includes features for easier service access and optimized transport via standard low loader trucks.

The product supports low-noise operation—up to 15 dB quieter than standard solutions—and includes zero-GWP options as part of ENEX Technologies’ sustainability strategy.
