FläktGroup has launched the ISYteq 3060, a digital room controller designed to optimise indoor climate, air quality, and energy use in commercial buildings. Developed for use with chilled beams, VAV dampers, radiators, and smart sensors, the new unit offers simplified installation, intuitive mobile configuration, and integration with building management systems.
The ISYteq 3060 supports 2-way Modbus communication and includes both BACnet and Modbus protocols for seamless wired integration with central controllers such as FläktEdge. The unit features RJ45 connectors and Bluetooth setup via the ISYteqGO app, reducing commissioning time to under 20 minutes depending on installer experience.
Bluetooth connectivity allows both installers and users to configure and monitor the system through the ISYteqGO app. The controller is designed to support Demand Control Ventilation (DCV), using data from CO₂ sensors, presence detectors, and temperature sensors to adapt operation based on occupancy. According to FläktGroup, this can reduce energy consumption by up to 80%.
Additional functions include predictive dew point calculation to prevent condensation, integrated scheduling for daily usage patterns, and automatic room balancing through multiple internal and external temperature sensors. Each unit can be configured as a client or server to simplify system changes during refurbishment or reconfiguration.
Two HMI options are available: the Touch 2.1 panel with design-matching frames and the compact LCD FSE 60 with integrated sensing. The controller supports PI control with dynamic K‑factor adjustment, supply and extract air balancing, and can power up to nine chilled beams and two VAV actuators with a single 24V supply.
The ISYteq 3060 is fully compatible with FläktEdge for centralised control and performance visualisation. Target applications include offices, schools, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and transport hubs.
