Güntner, a leader in innovative heat exchange solutions, announces the launch of its new future-proof product range, aicore. This data-driven range aims at optimizing energy efficiency, system reliability, and providing in-depth analysis and monitoring.
The aicore range includes aicore air (formerly GMMnext) and aicore hydro (formerly GHM), as well as the new aicore fusion, which combines the features of both previous products for comprehensive adiabatic operation. Paired with aicore cloud, the IoT and analytics platform offers a 360-degree operational view with real-time insights.
“We are transitioning between independent, robust, functional controllers to a whole integrated system that communicates, upgrades, and provides data analysis and monitoring services,” said Erika Carvajal, Brand Strategy Manager at Güntner.
The integrated system is designed to address the increasing demand for skilled workers by automating processes and using artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize resource consumption and maintenance.
“It’s great to visualize and collect data, but the real benefit lies in using that data for machine learning, predictive maintenance, and control,” stated Zachary Wernlund, Smart Solutions Manager – NLA.
The aicore air focuses on cooling by synchronizing EC fans for maximum energy efficiency. Meanwhile, aicore fusion merges energy management with an exact water algorithm to minimize resource waste.
Aligned with Güntner's 2030 sustainability pledges, these controllers aim to reduce water and energy usage while enhancing operational precision and efficiency.
