Hisense HVAC Showcases Oil-Free Chiller and Smart Control Systems at CR Expo 2025

New 10kV centrifugal chiller and R32 VRF system among highlights in Shanghai.

From April 27 to 29, Hisense HVAC presented a range of advanced cooling technologies at CR Expo 2025 in Shanghai under the theme “Eco-exploration, New Scenarios & AI Future.” The company unveiled several new solutions targeting industrial, commercial, and smart building applications.

Product Overview

A key highlight was the new generation 10kV Refrigerant Levitation Oil-free Centrifugal Chiller. Designed for a wide range of scenarios—from industrial facilities to commercial buildings—this chiller offers stable performance with high energy efficiency. It leverages oil-free centrifugal compressor technology and aims to reduce maintenance requirements while improving system reliability.

Hisense HVAC also introduced the H5 series side-flow VRF system using R32 refrigerant. This system is designed for modular installation and improved energy performance in medium to large building environments. Alongside this, the updated Hisense ECO-B 2.0 Smart Building Control System drew attention for its enhanced integration capabilities and AI-driven building energy management.

Market Context

The company’s product lineup reflects growing market demand for sustainable and intelligent HVACR solutions. The use of R32 refrigerant supports lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) compliance, while oil-free centrifugal technology aligns with long-term energy-saving strategies in urban infrastructure and industrial cooling.

"The innovative solutions we showcased at CR Expo 2025 received strong interest from industry professionals," said a Hisense HVAC representative. "This feedback reinforces our commitment to leading technological development in the international refrigeration sector."

Conclusion

Hisense HVAC’s presence at CR Expo 2025 underscores its focus on eco-efficiency and AI integration in HVACR systems. The new technologies introduced reflect the brand's ongoing investment in high-efficiency, future-ready cooling solutions.
