Hoshizaki America Launches Valiance Line and Expands Steelheart Range

Hoshizaki America has introduced a new line of commercial refrigeration units under the name Valiance, targeting operators seeking reliable, cost-effective solutions. Alongside this launch, the company announced enhancements to its existing Steelheart series, including new models and an expanded warranty.

The Valiance range includes one- and two-section reach-in refrigerators and freezers, undercounter one- and two-section refrigerators and freezers, and two prep tables. Developed in response to market demand for more accessible refrigeration options, the line focuses on reliability, ease of use, and competitive pricing.

Hoshizaki has also upgraded its Steelheart product line. All Steelheart models manufactured since January 1, 2025, now feature a 7-year warranty covering labor, parts, and compressor. Reach-in models with solid stainless steel doors are additionally covered by a new Limited Lifetime Warranty.

“Steelheart is the best in the industry,” said Seth Sawyer, Director of Product Development, Refrigeration at Hoshizaki America. “It’s a proven leader in performance, and as such, it deserves an industry-level warranty.”

The Steelheart line continues to grow with new models designed for various kitchen needs. These include the UR27B-LPD3, a 27-inch low-profile undercounter three-drawer refrigerator; the SR60B-24MFC, a 60-inch double-sided flat lid prep table; and new chef base freezers with right- or left-side refrigeration to streamline kitchen workflows.
