Kaori developed large-scale In-Row 800kW

Ensuring optimal heat dissipation in a data center is crucial for peak performance and longevity. High-performance servers generate significant heat, and if not effectively managed, it can lead to system failures and reduced lifespan. Efficient cooling systems help maintain a stable temperature, preventing hardware from overheating and ensuring seamless operations.

In addition to being used in chillers, heat pumps, refrigeration and refrigeration equipment, and fuel cells, plate heat exchangers are also an indispensable core component of the data center cooling system.

Kaori's independently developed large-scale In-Row 800kW L/L (Liquid to Liquid) CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit) enhances liquid cooling efficiency for servers and D2C (direct to chip) cold-plate cabinets. Such a design not only optimizes space utilization but also offers robust heat dissipation capabilities, effectively managing the heat output from multiple cabinets' server trays.

Key Advantages of the 800 kW Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU):

  • Comprehensive plumbing design: Equipped with valves at all pipeline junctures. Incorporates automation for remote control functionality, making it easier for replacement and maintenance.
  • Liquid filters included: Features filters on both primary and secondary loops to remove impurities from the liquid.
  • Remote network monitoring: Enable remote connectivity to the central control unit via industrial computer with a variety of communication for enhanced system stability.
  • HMI (Human Machine Interface) Control: Customized sensors and monitoring points.
  • Redundant power supply design: Double pump design enables the stable supply of liquid-cooling systems.
  • Water quality detection: Detects anomalies in the circulating fluid.
  • Central water supply system: Be capable of cooling multiple server racks simultaneously.
  • Leak detection: Detect liquid leaks in the CDU system.
  • Highly heat dissipation capacity: Total heat dissipation capacity reaches 800kW.
  • Highly flexible application: The total flow rate of a single liquid pump exceeds 800LPM when the delivery pressure is above 4 bar, which can be applied to various fluids.
