Panasonic Heating & Cooling has launched the FK1, its first water fan coil unit equipped with integrated nanoe X technology. Designed for residential and commercial use, the FK1 provides continuous air purification and aims to enhance indoor air quality.
The wall-mounted unit features a slim, modern design and operates within a cooling range of 1.9 to 5.2 kW and heating range of 2.2 to 5.3 kW. It is available in six sizes and two configurations—with or without a 3-way valve—to accommodate various installation needs in homes, offices, hotels, shops, and restaurants.
Built-in nanoe X technology (Generator Mark 3) produces 48 trillion hydroxyl radicals per second, which are known for inhibiting pollutants, certain viruses, and bacteria, contributing to cleaner indoor environments.
The FK1 includes a high-efficiency DC fan motor for quiet performance and motorised inner and outer louvers with five adjustable positions for precise airflow control. It is compatible with Panasonic’s commercial remote controls and centralised controllers, supporting both wired and infrared options for flexible system integration.
Panasonic plans to expand its fan coil unit range with more models featuring built-in nanoe X technology to further support improved air quality and comfort in indoor spaces.
