Viessmann Expands Digital Services and Tools for Efficient System Management

Viessmann, part of Carrier Global Corporation, has introduced a range of digital tools and services aimed at supporting its professional partners in the commissioning, monitoring, and planning of heating and energy systems. The solutions are designed to enhance service efficiency and optimize energy system performance.

The ViGuide Mobile app offers step-by-step commissioning for components within the Viessmann One Base platform, including Vitocal heat pumps, Vitocharge energy storage systems, and Vitodens gas condensing boilers. It supports online monitoring, firmware updates, and guided spare part replacement. For ongoing system oversight, ViGuide Pro allows professionals to detect and correct operational anomalies remotely. A new feature enables continuous monitoring of the Vitocharge VX3.

The ViGuide web interface is now customizable, allowing users to prioritize frequently used functions. The optional ViGuide PRO package includes detailed fault analysis and continuous inspections, while the ViGuide Business extension enables centralized monitoring of systems across multiple locations.

Viessmann has also launched ViGuide Planning, a web-based tool for designing and sizing heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and battery storage. It consolidates project data in one location, allows scenario comparisons, and integrates with proposal and purchase processes. The tool uses two years of system data to support precise heat pump design and provides TÜV-certified calculations for GEG-compliant planning. Updates now include support for multi-family buildings and automatic compliance checks with the Building Energy Act.

A new control center service provides remote inspection, fault correction, and efficiency optimization. It works in coordination with specialist partners and complements existing service models such as ViGuide PRO and Comfort+.

Viessmann has introduced the "Energy Designers" service, merging SubsidyPro and AdminPro under a unified offering to simplify administrative processes. The Heat+Power program offers heating and PV systems with optional storage and charging stations through long-term contracts that include installation, maintenance, and insurance.

To address capacity shortages, Viessmann now offers Installation Support for photovoltaic and battery storage systems. Qualified experts handle project-specific installation and commissioning, supported by Viessmann project coordinators who manage applications, network operator communication, and documentation.

The Viessmann Academy continues to provide in-depth training for HVAC professionals, offering practical seminars and digital learning formats on installation, connectivity, and compliance topics. These programs are designed to align with real-world demands and support the evolving needs of the SHK trades.
