Williams unveils new energy-efficient refrigeration and thawing solutions

Williams Refrigeration has introduced several new products designed to enhance energy efficiency and kitchen performance across a variety of applications.

A key innovation is the new ThawSafe cabinet, which redefines the thawing process by delivering faster results than conventional refrigerator thawing, while improving food safety standards. The system is engineered to offer consistent and controlled thawing, reducing the risk of bacterial growth.

Another highlight is the updated Jade counter, which leads the market in energy efficiency. Although other models carry an A+ energy rating, the Jade counter stands out with significantly lower energy consumption. Its redesigned structure offers a more compact footprint and increased usable storage capacity compared to previous versions.

Williams also presented its latest reach-in blast chiller freezers, which are designed for faster operation with reduced energy use. These units maintain equal capacity for both chilling and freezing, a feature not common across all models in the market.

Additional equipment includes the meat ageing refrigerator (MAR), which maintains optimal temperature and humidity to support flavor development in meat products. The company also introduced a champagne gold-finished mobile Keg Chiller and a matching Wine Cabinet featuring a diamond wine rack.

Williams’ product portfolio continues to emphasize operational efficiency, flexible design, and food safety across commercial kitchen environments.
