The AHR Expo (International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition) has officially announced the winners of the 2025 AHR Expo Innovation Awards. These awards are presented annually, recognizing the most innovative products and technologies across ten industry categories.
“To be recognized as an award winner is a true honor within our industry,” said Show Manager, Mark Stevens. “We are thrilled to highlight the dedication of manufacturers and team members as they work to create real solutions. The Innovation Awards aim to showcase these companies, professionals, and their innovation trajectory while celebrating those who push the boundaries.”
The Innovation Awards draw entries from hundreds of manufacturers, showcasing breakthrough designs for new or significantly improved products and technologies. The entries are evaluated by a panel of distinguished ASHRAE members, who assess factors such as innovative design, creativity, real-world application, and potential market impact.
“The continued growth of the awards program is a clear indication that manufacturers are addressing industry challenges with creative solutions,” Stevens continued. “The winning innovations must satisfy various criteria, including affordability, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and production efficiency, while also addressing performance gaps. Congratulations to all our 2025 winners!”
In addition to recognizing innovation in HVACR, the awards program supports the AHR Expo Workforce Development initiative, aimed at growing the industry through programming that inspires future HVACR professionals. Funds collected from award entry fees are donated to educational programs at the student level, including lab equipment, scholarships, and field trips.
