At ISH 2025 in Frankfurt, Daikin introduced Daikin360, a new integrated service and solutions framework aimed at long-term support for HVAC systems. The initiative consolidates the company's existing services into one unified brand, offering a structured, lifecycle-based approach to system management.
Daikin360 is designed to support customers from commissioning through to modernisation, providing tailored services that focus on efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. The framework includes real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance through digital tools such as Daikin Cloud Plus and Daikin On Site.
The move comes as the HVAC industry faces growing pressure from stricter energy regulations, rising operational costs, and decarbonisation goals. Daikin360 is positioned as a practical response to these challenges, helping businesses enhance system performance while reducing environmental impact.
The framework is built to adapt to local market needs, offering flexibility in service delivery. It includes both short- and long-term rental options, as well as standardised processes to simplify engagement for customers.
With Daikin360, the company aims to give its service portfolio a clearer identity, shifting focus from equipment alone to ongoing operational support. Following its debut at ISH 2025, the framework will be rolled out across Europe as a new benchmark in HVAC service provision.
