Delta will showcase a range of industrial automation solutions at Hannover Messe 2025, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability across sectors such as machinery, food and beverage, and logistics. The exhibition will include the AX-5 series I/O modules, VP3000 variable torque drives with MSI motors, and the VTScada energy management system.
According to Pere Roura, Head of Product Management, Industrial Automation Business Group, Delta Electronics EMEA, “At Hannover Messe 2025, Delta will highlight the proven capabilities of our industrial automation solutions and their role in driving smart manufacturing across diverse sectors like machinery, food and beverage, and logistics.”
AX-5 Series: IIoT-Enabled I/O Modules
Delta’s AX-5 series offers IIoT integration and support for a wide range of industrial network communication protocols. It uses high-speed EtherCAT bus technology for real-time I/O updates and precise synchronization. The ultra-slim slice modules reduce control cabinet space requirements by up to 50% compared to traditional I/O systems.
Designed for applications in packaging, assembly, robotics, and material handling, the AX-5 series includes removable front connectors and patented DIN rail clips for ease of installation. Printed wiring diagrams reduce manual referencing, further simplifying maintenance.
VP3000 Drives and MSI Motors
The VP3000 series variable torque drives are built for fluid management applications, including HVAC, water supply, and wastewater treatment. The drives support a power range of 0.75 to 630 kW and provide low harmonic distortion (THDi ≤ 35%), EMC filters, STO SIL3 safety, and predictive maintenance functions.
Paired with Delta’s MSI motors - high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motors achieving IE5+ performance - the system offers reduced energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. The motors are compact, low-noise, and suitable for applications like fans, compressors, and water systems.
VTScada Energy Management System
Delta will also demonstrate its VTScada software for integrated energy management. VTScada supports real-time monitoring and control of systems such as HVAC, EV charging, energy storage, and solar power. The platform includes features like a built-in data historian, alarm management, system redundancy, and remote access via web and mobile.
By providing visibility into energy usage trends and system performance, VTScada helps users reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
