Continuing from last year, Hoshizaki's exhibition theme at FOOMA will be "co-running power". Hoshizaki will introduce a wide range of product groups, services, and solutions from production to processing and distribution that will help solve the food issues of a wide variety of customers in the primary and tertiary industries. Products will be exhibited, centering on products related to large-scale cooking, including commercial refrigerators that use natural refrigerant*, which greatly contributes to reducing environmental impact.

- Commercial-use natural refrigerant refrigerators: reducing environmental impact
- Slightly acidic electrolyzed water generator: Efficiently sterilizes large amounts of food
- Prefabricated warehouse: refrigerated storage of large amounts of food, efficient use of space, construction of large facilities possible
- Blast chiller: Cooling in a short time while maintaining quality
- Thawing compartment: Optimal thawing is possible with detailed control by setting the combination of thawing temperature and time.
- Cold water chiller: Cools tap water for a stable supply, and reduces costs by installing an inverter
