Parker Sporlan Webinar: Methods of Temperature Control - Solenoid Valves & Thermostats

Parker Sporlan presents the ninth webinar in the Supermarket Seminar Series

Jim Jansen, Sr. Application Engineer, and John Withouse, Sr. Principal Engineer, will discuss Methods of Temperature Control beginning with Solenoid Valves and Thermostats.

While not the most sophisticated way of controlling box or case temperature, this method is used primarily in bars and restaurants to control walk-in coolers, freezers, and on some rare occasions, a connected load in a supermarket. In a previous webinar, we described the on and off function of the solenoid valve. This webinar will serve as a short review of that device, and we will elaborate upon the thermostat’s job as the brains of the system.

Please join us for this upcoming webinar as we discuss how Solenoid Valves and Thermostats provide reliable, simple and economical temperature control in vapor-compression refrigeration systems.
