RDM at Smart Buildings Show

Resource Data Management (RDM) will be exhibited at Smart Buildings Show. The event will be held at ExCel in London, 12th-13th October, and focus on sustainability and ESG frameworks within the smart buildings industry. Key aspects will include building automation systems, energy efficiency and HVAC.

RDM offers a comprehensive approach to reduce a building’s energy consumption, increase HVAC efficiency, and lower operating costs. HVAC control and monitoring solutions are based on open protocols which allows the integration of third-party controls and sensors into our control and monitoring system.

Maximum efficiency is achieved thanks to control and monitoring solutions including:
  • unparalleled control and monitoring system front-end - DMTouch
  • versatile HVAC controllers - the Intuitive range - featuring free lifetime software licences
  • flexible PLC software – TDB – without annual fees and including free-to-download desktop editing software
  • remote monitoring software – ActiveFM – including facility & energy management softwar

DMTouch: Control and Monitoring System Front-End

The control and monitoring capabilities of DMTouch are unmatched by any other front-end system within the building controls industry. It provides a central point to control and monitor all HVAC, refrigeration and lighting assets within a building or multi-building site. Features include both on and off-site monitoring, and the potential to integrate with existing third-party controls and sensors.

Intuitive: BMS and HVAC Controllers

Designed for use in varying HVAC, refrigeration and lighting applications, the Intuitive range features flexible BMS controllers with the ability to control over 600 points from one device. They are available in multiple build and software configurations and with built-in PLC software. The software licence lasts for the lifetime of the hardware. Benefits include open protocol communications and remote dial-in access and the ability to connect not only to RDM sensors but also to third-party sensors and equipment.

TDB: PLC Software featuring Lifetime Licences and Free Desktop Editors

TDB is RDM’s PLC software that gives users the capability to create custom control algorithms for HVAC, refrigeration and lighting applications. It is pre-installed on Intuitive TDB controllers and available for activation on DMTouch. Benefits include a lifetime software licence, unlimited users, no annual fees and free-to-download desktop editing software which are unmatched by any other PLC software option.

ActiveFM: Remote Monitoring Facility Management Software

ActiveFM is enterprise-level remote monitoring and energy management software. Data, insights and automated predictive maintenance provide comprehensive asset and facility management. Add-on software options include Kwheb, a cloud-based energy dashboard and Live Maps, a real-time map view of HVACR assets across multiple sites.

Company will be presented in stand C48.
