Workshop on multipurpose units with Geoclima Italia

Geoclima Italia and Hecoclima recently organized a two-day training meeting in Gubbio, with the aim of deepening knowledge on multipurpose units and improving the service offered to customers. The event brought together industry experts and representatives from various service centers, creating a unique opportunity for the exchange of experiences and mutual learning.

During the meeting, participants discussed various aspects of multipurpose units in the classroom, including their management, data analysis, programming, and key parameters for proper field diagnosis. This training allowed participants to better understand how to optimize the behavior and settings of the units in relation to the installation site.

One of the highlights of the event was the training session in which various services had the opportunity to witness the testing of a multipurpose unit in a customized configuration. This unit, developed by Hecoclima, will soon be delivered to the customer, demonstrating the company’s commitment to innovation and customization of solutions to meet the specific needs of customers.

The training meeting also provided an important opportunity for the exchange of experiences between the manufacturer and the various service centers. This interaction generated new ideas and insights for the continuous improvement of the service offered to the customer, in line with the philosophy of growth and constant learning that characterizes both Geoclima Italia and Hecoclima.
