Vertiv has entered a distribution partnership with Pinnacle ICT to expand the availability of its power, cooling and IT infrastructure solutions across the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region. The agreement covers channel partners, systems integrators, managed service providers and enterprise customers.
Selected Vertiv solutions will also be available through online retail channels for organisations requiring rapid procurement of standard infrastructure products. The portfolio includes power protection and distribution, thermal management, racks and enclosures, and infrastructure monitoring and management.
Pinnacle ICT will provide value-added distribution services including pre-sales consulting, infrastructure design, solution architecture, product sizing, technical enablement, logistics and ongoing channel support.
The partnership targets sectors where resilient digital infrastructure is business-critical, including government, financial services, healthcare, education, mining, cloud service providers, managed service providers and data centre operators.
“Our distribution partnership with Pinnacle ICT extends the reach of Vertiv’s portfolio through a well-established channel organisation with the technical expertise, market presence and partner ecosystem needed to help customers across the region to enable current and future digitalisation needs,” said Henry Myburgh, senior regional account manager Southern Africa at Vertiv.
