Advansor launches new energy efficient refrigeration rack

Advansor launches new energy efficient refrigeration rack
Advansor newest product, ValuePack II, is delivered as a single unit designed for split in 3 on site. It may be ground-breaking, but no walls need to be knocked down to get this rack moved in. It can even fit into elevators and with its narrow design of only 800 mm it can pass through regular doors.

High capacity – small footprint

ValuePack II is especially developed for food retail stores and light industrial applications like cold room storage, bakeries and process cooling. They need efficient solutions with high capacity and an optimal utilization of square meters that are often as expensive as they are limited.

Even though the ValuePack II has a nominal effect of up to 136 kW, the core module only takes up the same floor space as a euro pallet. Besides the economic benefits, the small footprint also makes the handling of a bigger capacity rack easier.

Value for money

The original ValuePack, developed in 2015, is a customer favorite with its simple and compact design. It is being updated on a running basis and will continue to serve its current basis defined by “value for money”. This product DNA, the experience from more than 2,000 sold ValuePacks, and the essence of customer requests underlie the enhancement of the product. Advansor has cut to the bone and utilized technology to the max.

Latest technologies

ValuePack II includes the latest technologies. The low-pressure ejector boosts the capacity up to +30 % with the same compressors, which makes ValuePack II very energy efficient.

“It is the first time the market is offered this. Ejectors gives higher efficiency, but until now it has only been available on larger racks with a much higher complexity. On the ValuePack II we have succeeded in making ejectors low cost and easy to work with combined with permanent magnet motor and cylinder unloading technology”, Kenneth Bank Madsen, Technical director at Advansor, states.

Extra cool benefits in warm climate

Market interest in CO2 transcritical systems has grown dramatically in the past years as technology developments such as ejectors help to overcome their operational limitations in warm climates, according to Kenneth Bank Madsen.
The ValuePack II offers a solution here as well. The compressor rack has been tested for more than a year in Advansor’s own lab and in field test. The results show that the lift of the ejector gives an up to 7 bar higher suction. This combined with the high-efficient compressors and low part load gives an energy saving of approx. 15 % in a warm climate.
