Beijer Ref has signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Turner Engineering, an HVAC distributor with more than 45 years of experience. The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 200 million.
Turner Engineering was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in Perth (Western Australia). The company, which is among the region’s longest-standing independent HVAC distributors, boasts a highly proficient team comprising HVAC specialists, technicians and engineers.
This acquisition aligns with Beijer Ref’s overall acquisition strategy and strengthens the company’s offer in the region.
