Beijer Ref has acquired AM Distributors, an HVAC distributor based in the United States, with annual net sales of approximately SEK 460 million [approx. USD 43 million] and good profitability.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Miami, Florida, AM Distributors operates branches across Miami, Miramar and Hialeah. The acquisition expands Beijer Ref’s presence into South Florida in the United States.
AM Distributors brings industry expertise and will continue operating under its existing brand. Beijer Ref expects the acquisition to have a minor positive impact on its results.
