Frigoserve, the asset performance services division of Frigoglass, has appointed Vassilis Karvounis as Director. He will lead the business as it expands its service offering across Europe, Africa and Asia.
Karvounis brings more than 20 years of international commercial, operational and business transformation experience. He most recently worked as an independent business transformation advisor and previously spent 16 years at AHI Carrier, holding senior leadership positions across Central and South-East Europe with regional P&L responsibility and oversight of commercial, after-sales, marketing and operations teams.
Frigoserve manages more than 1.3 million assets annually and refurbishes approximately 69,000 units per year. The business generated €59 million (approx. $70 million) in sales in 2025 and operates a network of 17 service hubs across Europe, Asia and Africa, providing field services, refurbishment, logistics and spare parts management to beverage brands.
