New products of Teko at Chillventa 2016

TEKO presented future oriented system solutions for natural refrigerants – from small to large. For the areas of application of industry to discounters.

The exhibited products met with a great deal of interest. For the area of application of industry, the ammonia screw fastener “AMMON”, equipped with Bitzer and Mayekawa seals, and the CO2 cascade “POLAROX industrial” with integrated, pumped CO2 separator, caught the visitors’ eyes.

Whether high or lower pressure level, cascades or booster systems, pumped or 2-stage, indirect or direct – the TEKO range for ammonia, CO2, propane and classic freon, offers the right concept for every project. Taking into account the total cost of ownership, we show you the advantages of the relevant solution.

TEKO presened the CO2 solution ROXSTA in four different system variants:

ROXSTAcube. Small compact CO2-Unit up to 70 kW for indoor and outdoor installation. A machine room is no longer necessary with this unit.

ROXSTAcube integral. The expansion of the ROXSTAcube concept offers the turn key solution for refrigeration, heating and air conditioning with just one system. And this with the natural refrigerant CO2.

ROXSTAsmart. The slimline, transcritical CO2 series up to 160 kW is the clever alternative to the usual F-Gas systems. Handy and user friendly.

ROXSTA2.0. The transcritical CO2 system with ECO parallel sealing and ejectors, heating pumps and air conditioning function for indoor and outdoor installation impressed the visitors.

Wurm control electronics

TEKO's partner for control electronics Wurm Systeme presented the efficient process control ”HCO2-G4”. The new module provides comprehensive solutions for controlling transcritical CO2 systems. Functions such as parallel sealing, ejectors, heat generation, air conditioning or heat quantity calculation are solved innovatively.

Furthermore, TEKO introduced the chilled water system series RANSTA with the natural refrigerant propane (R 290) – performance range up to 1.2 MW. This is used in the areas of process cooling, air conditioning and commercial cooling. The tested product was optimised for the safety requirements of the German market. The Wurm control system is integrated. It is possible to obtain a subsidy from BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control).
