BITZER has released version 7.2.0 of its selection software, adding more than 1,000 products from 12 series and integrating the AI agent HERMANN. The update expands product selection options for refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump applications while providing access to technical information through AI-assisted queries.
The expanded SmarTube module now includes shell-and-tube condensers and evaporators with more than 1,100 catalogue model designations. The update also introduces direct selection of water-cooled condensing units from the K series, eliminating the need to select compressors and condensers separately.
The K series selection covers 178 units in six variants, including ECOLINE PRO, seawater-resistant and two-stage versions. All available combinations are included in the software.
The integrated AI agent HERMANN answers questions about BITZER products, refrigerants and applications. It directs users to relevant technical information and documentation and can access the BITZER SOFTWARE to independently select suitable products.
BITZER SOFTWARE provides performance data, technical specifications, application limits, dimensional drawings and documentation for sizing individual compressors and compound systems. Available as a web and Windows application, the software features a responsive interface that adapts to PCs, tablets and smartphones. The free selection tool has supported refrigeration and HVAC professionals for more than 35 years.
