This week, MFS has been awarded the Thermo King Blue Track Select Dealer Accreditation for 2021.
The Thermo King Blue Track Select Dealer Accreditation programme was launched by TK at the end of 2020 and replaces the previous ‘Platinum Award’ dealer scheme that MFS had been successful with in every consecutive year since 2017.
Blue Track is a significant change from the Platinum award and is a brand-new strategic programme that Thermo King has developed for its European dealer network with the goal to anticipate the market challenges and most importantly, to ensure a superior customer experience.
“Blue Track is a big step up from its predecessor scheme, with much tighter and more detailed requirements to be satisfied, in order to be recognised as one the best performing European dealers for TK,” said Mark Howell, Managing Director at MFS, “To be named as Thermo King Blue Track Select dealer is a recognition that is only handed out to a select few dealers across the whole of Europe.”
Mark continues, “MFS was recognised for this accreditation because we met the demanding set of requirements that Thermo King use to identify its best-performing dealers. Without doubt, this is a testament to the amazing service we are now providing to our customers and of course, this sort of recognition simply wouldn’t happen without the hard work of everyone in the MFS team.”
