Ron Trainer Joins CSafe Global as Director of Customer Service

CSafe Global, the innovation leader in temperature-controlled container solutions for the transport of life-enhancing pharmaceuticals, announced that Ron Trainer has officially joined the organization as Director of Customer Service.

“CSafe has always been heavily focused on service excellence. In hiring Ron we have continued to invest in providing outstanding customer support to our customers.  Ron has a proven track record in leading, building and implementing world class service operations,” explained Tom Weir, COO for CSafe Global. “Ron has been leading customer support teams to deliver industry-leading customer experiences for nearly 20 years. His focus on customer experience and retention, talent development and mentoring align perfectly with our strategy for the future. I am delighted to have Ron on board to lead our team into this next phase of CSafe’s journey of success.”

Trainer has had an extensive career leading teams in the technology sector most recently as head of customer support and success for Xplor Technologies where he developed an end-to-end customer journey for more than 22,000 customers. As the Director, Global Service Model for 1WorldSync, Trainer developed the vision and strategy for the global customer experience. In his new role at CSafe, he will be responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction and care, including the design and implementation of the global customer service and success strategies.
