A-Gas: COVID-19 Update

To our valued customers and business partners,

As continued reports of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation circulate, we wanted to let you know the steps we are taking to protect our employees, business partners and customers. As a global business we have been actively monitoring this situation to proactively provide advice and support to our network around the world.

A-Gas has formed a Global Leadership Response Team that will coordinate and communicate the latest developments around the world. Additionally, we have appointed Regional Incident Management Teams to monitor and communicate any business changes, or human safety actions being implemented.

As a Zero Harm company, it is our number one priority to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and site visitors. As such, the following policies have been enacted to mitigate the risks and spread of the Coronavirus:

  • All non-essential business travel has been suspended
  • Meetings involving external parties have been limited, and are being conducted virtually when possible
  • Additional cleaning & sanitizing of workspaces, hard surfaces and equipment is in progress

Normal business operations will continue, and contingency planning is in progress to ensure that we are able to continue to provide the world-class service you expect. As the situation unfolds, we will continue to provide updates if there are any unforeseen changes to our business operations or to the supply of products and services.

A-Gas will continue to follow the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local governments for the safety of our employees and customers.
