AFPAC Renews Board and Elects Executive Committee for 2025

The French Heat Pump Association (AFPAC) held its annual general meeting on Thursday, March 27, at the Maison de l’Amérique Latine in Paris’s 7th arrondissement.

On this occasion, AFPAC renewed one-third of its Board of Directors, in accordance with its statutes, resulting in six of the eighteen members being newly appointed or re-elected.

Board of Directors Renewal

Following the vote, the new composition of the Board of Directors is as follows (listed alphabetically):

  2. AFCE, represented by Bernard Philippe

  3. AICVF, represented by Franck Hovorka

  4. ARISTON GROUP / ARISTON FRANCE SAS, represented by Brice Kosinski

  5. ATLANTIC, represented by Christophe Thébault

  6. BDR THERMEA DE DIETRICH, represented by Mathieu Dietrich

  7. CAPEB, represented by Julien Darthou

  8. DAIKIN, represented by François Deroche

The Board reaffirmed its full commitment to advancing the association’s work and addressing the challenges related to the energy transition and decarbonization of buildings.

Election of the President and Executive Committee

The newly formed Board of Directors proceeded with the election of its President and Executive Committee for 2025. The elected members are:

  • President: François Deroche (DAIKIN)

  • Vice Presidents:
    Roland Bouquet (SYNASAV)
    Jean-François Cerise (UMGCCP)
    Fanny Munsch (COEDIS)
    Christel Mollé (MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC)
    Christophe Thébault (ATLANTIC)

  • Treasurer: Valérie Laplagne (UNICLIMA)

  • Deputy Treasurer: Eric Baudry (INTUIS)

  • Secretary: Arnaud Kautzmann (EDF)

  • Deputy Secretary: Brice Kosinski (ARISTON GROUP / ARISTON FRANCE SAS)

The new executive committee will lead initiatives to promote heat pump technology, with a strong focus on the creation of the Heat Pump Expertise Center (CEPAC) and the rollout of programs to boost attractiveness and skill development within the AMI CMA industry consortium.
