AKO, a leader in innovative and sustainable refrigeration solutions, is pleased to note the continued success of its collaboration with E.Leclerc Pamplona. During the AEFYT breakfasts held at the Barceló Sants Hotel in Barcelona, Mr. Philippe Groo, General Manager of E.Leclerc Pamplona, presented success story.

In 2021, E.Leclerc Pamplona implemented an advanced temperature monitoring and control system developed by AKO, which reduced the energy consumption of its refrigeration units by 12.6%, equivalent to an annual saving of 126,000 kWh. This implementation not only resulted in significant economic savings, but also contributed to a reduction in the site's carbon emissions and an increase in its overall productivity.

AKO's AKODATA and AKOCORE ADVANCE technologies played an important role in this process, providing secure remote monitoring and control through the AKONET.Cloud platform, accessible from any device, at any time of the year.

The AEFYT Breakfast event has established itself as a platform for discussing current issues and developing cooperation between companies in the industry. Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast while engaging in lively discussions and receiving updated information on key industry topics.

Additionally, on the same day as the breakfast, Mr. Philippe Grouault visited AKO facilities.

AKO is committed to developing solutions that not only meet customers' current needs, but also contribute to a more sustainable and energy-efficient future.
