Arctic Glacier Appoints New CCO to Boost Growth

Arctic Glacier, North America's leading provider of premium ice products, is accelerating growth through strategic enhancements and leadership hires. The company has named Jay Ellis as the new Chief Commercial Officer to bolster its commercial strategy and sales structure.

Arctic Glacier, known for its innovative approach and high-quality products, has seen consistent year-over-year growth. CEO Peter Laport has spearheaded initiatives to improve EBITDA and expand production capacity, capturing more market share.

“Arctic Glacier is setting the pace for growth, and I’m proud of our entire team,” said Laport. “We’re respected for going above and beyond for customers, and this performance-based culture is helping us realize our goals.”

The company's product offerings include IPIA-accredited, NSF-certified, and FDA-compliant ice products for food grade and industrial applications. They also provide ice solutions for events and disaster relief.

Jay Ellis, with extensive experience in CPG and the food and beverage industry, will lead the Sales and Marketing team. Previously, Ellis served as VP of Sales for Humm Kombucha and CCO of Bonduelle Fresh Americas.

“Our team prioritizes customer needs to exceed expectations," said Ellis. "I'm committed to making Arctic Glacier the most trusted partner for innovative ice solutions.”

With this strategic hire, Arctic Glacier aims to forge new market opportunities and partnerships, further solidifying its position as a market leader.
