The pillars include transitioning to alternative refrigerants, attracting skilled personnel, supporting sustainable innovation through energy and resource efficiency, and promoting a coherent regulatory framework. These imperatives will guide AREA's activities over the next five years, focusing on creating a resilient and sustainable RACHP sector.
