Carrier India Continues to Elevate Customer Experience With Opening of Expert Center

To help channel partners, customers and consulting engineers make more objective and informed decisions about HVAC products and solutions, Carrier India has opened a new Carrier Expert Center at its Gurugram, Haryana campus. The Expert Center provides visitors with an unmatched experience to determine how Carrier’s commercial, variable refrigerant flow (VRF), applied equipment and aftermarket HVAC solutions can align with their business objectives.

“In today’s environment, where experiences are mostly digital, we understand the value of a personal experience as well,” said Chirag Baijal, Managing Director, Commercial HVAC, Carrier India. “The Carrier Expert Center allows customers to explore our products and meet with our experts to determine which solutions will best meet their needs. Investments such as the Expert Center maintains Carrier’s commitment to help customers create comfortable, healthy, sustainable and dependable indoor environments for their processes, their products and their people.”

“We are pleased to invite our customers, channel partners and business associates to contact our sales team to schedule a visit for an immersive experience,” added Sanjay Sharma, Marketing Director, Commercial HVAC, Carrier India. “The Carrier Expert Center includes a wide range of Carrier and Toshiba solutions for the residential, light commercial and commercial applied segment. Carrier experts are ready to serve as a guide and a trusted advisor to help customers understand the benefit of each solution.”

At the new facility, customers can receive expert advice on the latest HVAC technology. Whether customers require zoning with a VRF system, seek to improve the workforce experience, advance their environmental goals, address building needs with applied systems, reimagine building management with controls, or upgrade ventilation and improve the indoor environment – the Expert Center is a valuable resource. Many of the products and solutions featured in the facility support Carrier’s 2030 Environmental, Social and Governance Goals of reducing customers’ footprint by more than 1 gigaton.
