Caverion Germany has acquired S&A Schaltanlagenbau GmbH, a company focused on industrial and building automation in northwestern Germany. S&A has an estimated annual revenue of EUR 6.2 million [about USD 6.8 million] and 45 employees. The deal strengthens Caverion Germany’s capabilities in building and industrial automation.
S&A has more than 30 years of experience in industrial and building automation. Its services and solutions cover consulting, design, implementation, manufacturing and lifecycle support.
The company’s expertise includes industrial and building automation, switchgear production, hardware and software development, and industrial infrared heating technology. According to the announcement, S&A serves diverse industries and supports projects of all sizes with technical depth and custom production capabilities.

Closing of the transaction is estimated to take place at the end of March 2026.
