CIAT UK Integrates with Toshiba Carrier UK Limited

From 1 December 2018, CIAT UK will be integrated into TCUK Limited. All assets and contracts held by CIAT Ozonair Limited at this time will be novated (transferred) to TCUK Limited.

As part of this process, the legal entity CIAT Ozonair Limited will then be closed in due course.

Any orders ongoing at the time of transfer will continue without the need for administrative change or other interruption.
