FREOR Equipps NETTO Poland Stores

The discounter chain NETTO is counting 400 stores in the Polish market already as the process of transforming the recently acquired Tesco Poland gets underway. Four new NETTO-branded stores have been opened in Szczecin and  Warsaw recently, which replaced Tesco stores. And conversions will continue with up to 6 new stores every week. NETTO choosing refrigerated display cabinets for its new stores from FREOR brand.

NETTO implemented many ecological solutions in their new stores that will help to better care for the environment, one of them being a sustainable CO2 refrigeration system in combination with plug-in cabinets, operating with refrigerant propane.

FREOR has equipped NETTO stores with vertical chillers JUPITER for meat, vegetables, dairy, beverages, and pre-packed products from Green Wave CO2 & R290 lines and promotional plug-in self-service counters IDA, operating on R290.

FREOR equiped NETTO stores with freezer and cooler islands of the TITAN brand operating fully in plug-in mode with natural refrigerant R290.

NETTO Polska is currently in the process of transforming 300 former Tesco stores, which over the coming one and a half years will increase its total store portfolio to 700 stores, making the chain a significant player in the European market.
