Helios HVACR Services has partnered with Bluon, Inc. to deploy an AI-driven diagnostics and equipment intelligence platform across its commercial HVACR operations in more than 40 US states. The initiative aims to enhance technician productivity, improve service accuracy, and reduce diagnostic time for complex equipment.
The integration brings Bluon’s proprietary AI-powered support tools into Helios HVACR’s existing field workflows. According to the companies, this platform offers real-time access to technical data for over 25 million HVAC units from more than 230 OEMs, helping technicians reduce reliance on manufacturer support and manual research.
By equipping its nationwide workforce with AI tools, Helios HVACR targets higher first-time fix rates, minimized client downtime, and increased service margins. The platform also enriches asset data with specifications, age, and warranty information, enabling more efficient service planning and execution.
“As we continue to raise the bar for success across the commercial HVACR industry, fully supporting our technicians with the most advanced tools available is paramount,” said Kat McCarrey, president of Helios HVACR. “Partnering with Bluon gives our teams real-time access to the technical resources they need to succeed in the field and drive superior outcomes for our customers.”
Peter Capuciati, chairman and CEO of Bluon, added: “Helios is setting a strong standard for success across the industry for how commercial service organizations should leverage AI. This partnership will allow Helios to do more with fewer experienced techs, while enabling their younger techs to mature far quicker with an AI tool that meets them where they are.”
