Hoshizaki America Inc. has received the Kitchen Innovation Award

Hoshizaki America Inc. has received the Kitchen Innovation Award sponsored by the National Restaurant Association. This was evaluated for the efficiency of cold air distribution and the automation of temperature control in the table-type refrigerator for pizza cooking.
 
This award is given to products that are recognized as making significant contributions to operational improvement, automation, work efficiency, safety, environmental efforts, etc. This year, he has been awarded by 11 manufacturers. Hoshizaki America has won the award for the fifth consecutive year and is the only Japanese manufacturer to receive the award.

The table-shaped refrigerator for pizza cooking cools and stores pizza ingredients such as onions and peppers in the case at the top of the refrigerator, and you can efficiently put the ingredients on the pizza dough in the work space on the table.
In the new model, he has made three major improvements.

  • Even distribution of cold air to each ingredient
  • Temperature adjustment corresponding to changes in business hours and outside temperature outside business hours
  • Controlling the air blow to the refrigerator according to the temperature inside the refrigerator This makes it possible to maintain the freshness of the ingredients without damaging them and without overcooling them.
 
Hoshizaki America opened an ice machine production plant in Peachtree City, Georgia in 1986, and a refrigerator production plant in Griffin, Georgia in 2001, and has established a system that can quickly respond to customer needs. The Hoshizaki Group will continue to support various "food" scenes by quickly responding to diversifying "food" needs through local production and sales.
