Lennox invests in distribution and digital tools to support commercial HVAC growth in the US

Lennox has announced new investments in its US commercial HVAC business aimed at improving product availability, expanding distribution capacity, and enhancing the customer experience for contractors, engineers, and building owners.

The company recently opened its largest Regional Distribution Center in Edgerton, Kansas. The 763,000-square-foot facility increases distribution capacity and supports faster, more reliable delivery of rooftop units, accessories, and VRF equipment.

Lennox also highlighted the role of its manufacturing facilities in Stuttgart, Arkansas, and Saltillo, Mexico, in improving supply reliability. With the expanded production and logistics network, the company now delivers over 90% of commercial rooftop units and accessories within one day across North America.

In addition to physical infrastructure, Lennox relaunched its Commercial Quick Quote tool on the LennoxPros platform. The updated version provides contractors and dealers with real-time local inventory, instant quotes, product comparisons, and guided selection tools. According to the company, the tool was developed based on contractor input and is designed to function similarly to modern e-commerce platforms.

“Commercial Quick Quote might be the best tool Lennox has released for RTU replacements,” said Jon Edelen, President of Lozier Heating & Cooling. “It works really well and is easy to navigate.”

Lennox has also expanded its offering of commercial parts and accessories following the acquisitions of Duro Dyne and Supco, aiming to improve access to key components for installation and service.

“These investments position our Commercial business for long-term growth,” said Joe Nassab, EVP and President of Lennox Building Climate Solutions. “Strengthening our distribution and digital capabilities makes it easier for customers to access what they need and helps our teams support them more effectively.”
