Lordan A.C.S. Ltd. has announced the formation of LORDAN IBERIAN COILS (LIC) in Spain, in collaboration with Barcelona-based heat exchanger manufacturer SEREVA. As part of this strategic endeavor, Lordan has acquired 19.9% of SEREVA's shares and will utilize SEREVA's facilities for the new venture.
LIC is set to begin full-scale production in the first quarter of 2025, enhancing Lordan's service efficiency and capacity in European markets. New production lines are currently being installed at the facility.
Amnon Shalman, CEO of Lordan Group, stated, "The establishment of LIC in Spain aligns with our strategic expansion plan, further strengthening our global presence. With three production sites worldwide, we are better positioned to meet customers' needs in Europe and the United States, delivering solutions of any scale."
This move underscores Lordan's commitment to expanding its operational reach in key markets, reinforcing its leadership position in the heat exchanger industry.
