LUVE has completed the first ventilated unit at its expanded manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, Texas, and said LU-VE US, Inc. has also started production for its first customer order. The company described the step as a milestone in its North American development as it prepares product lines to start at the site.
According to LUVE, the plant expansion is intended to increase production capacity in the United States, support the manufacture of larger units, enhance service levels and shorten delivery times for customers in the region. The company also said the project brings production closer to its North American customers.
LUVE said the Jacksonville site is being expanded to start local production of the largest group range of dry and adiabatic coolers. The company said its adiabatic cooler range includes spray counter-flow systems, PAD systems and Hybrid Spray Systems, using water recirculation systems and electronically commutated fans.
“This expansion not only provides first class technology, but also provides capacity to support the exponential growth from immersion cooling, direct to chip, AI, machine learning and other data center growth drivers,” said Jody Stonecipher, Head of Sales, LU-VE US Inc.
Ronald Bekker, Managing Director, LU-VE North America, said the investment will help the company “accelerate our growth and provide world-class service to our existing and future US customer base with innovative, sustainable and efficient products made right here in USA.” LUVE added that further news related to the project will be announced soon.
