Modine Appoints Mark Bendza to Board of Directors

Modine, a global leader in thermal management technology, announced that Mark Bendza has joined its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Bendza, currently the CFO of Telos Corporation - a key player in cyber, cloud, and enterprise security - brings extensive financial and international business experience.

Bendza's career includes roles as head of investor relations at Honeywell International and executive positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation. He also has a background in investment banking.

Marsha Williams, Chairperson of Modine's Board, stated, "Mark's strategic financial leadership in technology and manufacturing sectors will be invaluable as Modine advances its transformation."

Bendza holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Wesleyan University. He will serve on Modine's Audit Committee and stand for election at the 2025 annual shareholders meeting.
