NAVAC has named ITM Instruments as its authorized repair facility in Canada, expanding its service network to improve repair turnaround times and support for HVAC professionals in the country.
ITM Instruments provides tool and equipment servicing across multiple Canadian provinces, including Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. The company also offers torque wrench calibration and is in the process of expanding operations into the U.S.
According to NAVAC, the partnership aims to reduce delays related to cross-border shipping and enhance service efficiency for Canadian customers.
