New Office and Training Facility for RDM USA

Resource Data Management USA has now fully settled into a new purpose built office. With more space, the team has been able to increase production and host larger training sessions.

Relocating from their city centre location in Minneapolis, the new facility strengthens the position of RDM USA, helping them better deliver the HVACR control and monitoring solutions offered by the RDM Group worldwide.

New training facilities provide more space to accommodate an increased number of attendees. Alan Herd, Technical Sales Application Manager and Group Trainer recently spent a week with the RDM USA team, during which time they hosted the sales conference and new product development and update session. Products covered included the ActiveFM™ software suite, a range of tools to control and monitor sites remotely. Both recently having undergone major software updates, with new user interfaces and a host of new features, high on the agenda were DMTouch and Intuitive TDB products.

Mike Isaacs, Vice President of Operations at RDM USA, said of the move ‘’The relocation of our sales, support and manufacturing operations is the culmination of an exciting year for us, as we look forward to another strong year. With customers across North America, Mexico and Canada, we have strategic positions across the country to help our customers through the selection, design, installation and maintenance of their solutions.’’ he continued ‘’We are now beginning to see a shift in the market, previously where there may have been resistance to change or caution of the unknown, companies are embracing our solutions and selecting our products over others in the market. We look forward to the year ahead.’’
