Nordic Climate Group has completed two acquisitions in the United Kingdom, expanding its footprint in the region’s refrigeration and HVAC service market. The group has acquired Technical Retail Services Ltd (TRS), based in Glasgow, and Allcool (NW) Limited, located in Poulton-le-Fylde near Blackpool.
Founded in 1998, TRS provides refrigeration, electrical and mechanical services to major UK retailers across Scotland and England. The company employs 70 people and has shown steady growth and profitability. TRS will continue to operate under its current name and leadership team, including owners Robert Yule and Stephen Lees.

Allcool, established in 1977 as a family-run business, offers refrigeration, air-conditioning and service solutions to customers in the public and commercial sectors. The company employs 40 people and maintains a strong local presence. Managing Director Paul Talarczyk and his team will continue to lead Allcool under its existing name.
With these acquisitions, Nordic Climate Group now includes seven UK companies, further enhancing its capabilities in refrigeration, cooling and heating services across the region.
