Nordic Climate Group appoints Ronnie Coutts as UK CEO

Nordic Climate Group has appointed Ronnie Coutts as CEO for the United Kingdom, following the company’s expansion into the region. In this role, he will lead the continued development of Nordic Climate Group in the UK and oversee the next phase of growth based on the Group’s decentralised model.

Coutts joined Nordic Climate Group in late 2025 and now leads the establishment of operations in the UK, while also supporting teams in Ireland. His priorities include expanding the Group’s network of local companies and enhancing customer value through energy-efficient solutions with measurable climate impact.

Nordic Climate Group’s model allows acquired companies to retain their brands and customer relationships, while benefiting from shared expertise and group-wide technical capabilities.

Ronnie Coutts previously held an executive role at Clearway Group, where he contributed to operational improvements and technical innovation in the UK. He has extensive leadership experience in service- and technology-focused businesses.

“We are building Nordic Climate Group in the UK with a clear focus on delivering value for customers and the climate through reliable, energy-efficient solutions and strong local presence,” said Ronnie Coutts, CEO of Nordic Climate Group in UK.
