To control the spread of COVID -19 virus in the metropolitan satellite township of Navi Mumbai a set-up of COVID care facility was made by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) by utilizing the CIDCO Exhibition and Convention Centre at Vashi which will be used to treat COVID patients.
This Dedicated COVID Health Center is having 100 intensive care units (ICU) is supported with VTS VENTUS Air Handling units having additional medical facilities like diabetes centre, labs, oxygen equipped beds etc.
VTS AHUs helps in the proper maintenance of relative humidity and temperature level in this COVID centre with the creation of a protective indoor environment for patients, health care providers mitigating the transmission of infectious virus in the aerosols.
