Secop marks production of one million BD Nano compressors in China

Secop has announced the production of its one-millionth BD Nano compressor at its manufacturing facility in Tianjin, China. The BD Nano is used in applications including electric vehicles, medical equipment, recreational vehicles, and marine refrigeration.

The milestone was celebrated with an event attended by global customers, suppliers, partners, and Secop employees. The program included speeches, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a factory tour, and a gala dinner.

Liu Shunjing, Plant Manager of Secop Tianjin, highlighted the role of collaboration in reaching the production milestone: “This milestone is not only a testament to our production capabilities, but also to the strength of collaboration with our suppliers, customers, and teams worldwide.”

Secop CEO Jan Ehlers presented the company’s future development plans: “The BD Nano has transformed refrigeration across multiple industries. With our next generation of products, we will continue to push the boundaries of efficiency, performance, and reliability.”
