Secop will introduce an update to AC/DC converter electronic unit

Secop will introduce an update to the 101N0510 and 101N0512 AC/DC converter electronic unit for our BD35F and BD50F compressors. The unit was introduced in early 2016 and well received by the market.
This update will be implemented as part of the ongoing improvement process at Secop.

Software Change
Improvements were made in the following areas:
• Low voltage power up on pure AC input supply.
• Lamp output load detection on pure low DC power supply.

Hardware and Approvals
The hardware will remain unchanged. Approval authorities at VDE and UL have been informed and will update their documents accordingly. No new approval on the customer appliance is required.

Timing of Change
The changes will be implemented into production as a running change in Q4/2020. Existing material will be delivered until completely used.

Recognition of New Version
The new version can be identified by the 2D barcode label by the software (SW) version 01.29.
