ServiceTitan integrates Bluon database into new Field Pro AI platform

ServiceTitan has launched Field Pro, a new AI-powered platform designed to support HVAC technicians with both technical and sales functionalities. The system now incorporates Bluon’s extensive equipment database and proprietary training content, following a new strategic partnership between the two companies.

Field Pro builds on ServiceTitan’s previous Sales Pro tool and introduces integrated access to Bluon’s technical data directly within technicians’ workflows. This move aims to address key industry challenges, including fragmented technical information and a growing shortage of skilled labor.

The platform offers access to data for over 25 million unique HVAC units from more than 200 OEMs. This includes original manuals, model specifications, schematics, parts lists, and compatible replacements. Technicians can also draw from Bluon’s library of over 50,000 troubleshooting solutions derived from more than 120,000 technical support calls.

“Field Pro will give ServiceTitan users easy, integrated access to our immense database and training data via their simple to use AI platform which they call Atlas,” said Peter Capuciati, chairman and CEO of Bluon. “This solves both issues with Bluon’s data being integrated directly into the industry’s dominant field service platform, while enabling access to the data through a next generation, simple to use AI.”

According to ServiceTitan, the addition of Bluon’s content allows Field Pro to deliver detailed and contextual troubleshooting guidance through an AI interface that supports HVAC contractors in training new staff and scaling operations.

“Bluon is the gold standard in providing HVAC technicians, and now plumbing technicians, with technical data and support,” said Vincent Payen, SVP of Pro Products at ServiceTitan. “We are so excited to have this powerful and nuanced data now powering Field Pro to give our Pro users a clear competitive advantage.”
