Swegon strengthens its organisation

Eva Karlsson is appointed Vice President for the largest Business Area within Swegon, Business Area Air Handling, Cooling & Heating. Eva has solid experience from senior positions in large industrial companies such as SKF and Armatec. She also holds board positions, in among others, ASSA ABLOY and the Faculty of Science and Technology at Luleå University. Eva will be part of the Group Executive Committee at Swegon Group and will do her first day in August.

- Eva's broad industrial background and experience of developing both companies and people will positively contribute to both Group management and Swegon as a whole, says Andreas Örje Wellstam, CEO of Swegon Group.

Caroline Lilja is as of June 1st Operations Director for Swegon's Business Unit Air Handling Units, which includes Swegon's largest production plant in Kvänum and the plant in Gembloux, Belgium, where ventilation units are manufactured. Caroline comes from CPAC Systems where she has been for almost 15 years in various senior positions. Caroline also has a background from Volvo Penta and Volvo Powertrain.

Carl-Johan Strömwall will start in August as Director Aftersales and Services responsible for business development of aftermarket services and new digital services. Carl-Johan comes from Bergman & Beving, where he currently works as business area manager. Carl-Johan has also worked with business development at Solar Sweden and been a consultant at McKinsey and Accenture.

After several years at Etteplan, Anna Månsson will return to Swegon as Business Development Manager to work within the Business Area Room Units. Anna will work with acquisitions, marketing, competence and finding new business opportunities in the room products segment.

Eva, Caroline, Carl-Johan, and Anna will all be located at Swegon Group's head office in Gothenburg.
